Mark statement for Class II Onwards
Transfer Certificate (Original) at the time of admission for Class II Onwards

Recent attested stamp size photograph of the candidate and both parents affixed on the application form in the space provided for it.
Important Points:
Parents should fill up the details and sign the form by themselves. In case this form is filled in by the guardian, then it should be stated clearly.
At the time of admission for classes LKG & UKG and I, the original Birth Certificate is required and in case of admission from class II onwards, Transfer Certificate in original should be produced. No admission will be complete and validated till the above documents are submitted.
Parents should take care to note that the Name and Date of Birth as given in the application should tally with the name and correct spellings as given in the original Birth Certificate or Transfer Certificate.
Students seeking admission to Class IX must produce a certificate (i) for having passed a third language in Class VIII exam in their previous school and (ii) for having studied Craft work in classes VI to VIII.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE + CONDITIONS
A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
Indiscipline and unsatisfactory progress in studies & repeated detention in the school.
Indiscipline and unsatisfactory progress in studies & repeated detention in the school.
Indiscipline, damage to school property.
Non payment of school dues.
Irregularity in attendance.
Unauthorized absence from school for more than 8 days.
The above points are sufficient grounds for issue of Transfer Certificate.
